Returns/Replacement Policy

“Divinetemples.com” herein after referred to as “Website” and “We”, “Our”,”US” shall mean the Company.


Return or Replacement of products shall be possible in the following cases:-

  • The item or product was defective.
  • The item or product was damaged during shipping.
  • Products was/were missing.
  • Wrong item or product was sent.

Requests for Return/ Replacement shall not be considered in the following cases:-

  • Damages due to misuse of product.
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial number or UPC no.
  • Digital Products (which can be downloadable).
  • Any damage or defects which are not covered under the manufacturer’s guarantee.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories including the box, tags if any manufacturer’s packaging if any and all other items originally included with the product delivered.

  • In case the product damaged during the shipping of the product back to us.
  • The process for refund /replacement shall be initiated by the Customer within 3 days of receipt of the order by contacting Website. Packing of the product and shipping of the same back to us shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
  • Option of exchanging/replacement or receiving refund shall be available on eligible cases. Refunds shall be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.

CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE POLICY
“Divinetemples.com” herein after referred to as “Website” and “We”, “Our”, “US” shall mean the Company.
Facility of order cancellation shall be available to the Customer within 24 hours from order placement or prior to shipment whichever is less.
On receipt of cancellation request either full refund or exchange of product shall be processed as desired by the Customer.

On expiry of the time line described above, only exchange facility shall be available. The request for exchange has to be made within 3 days of receipt of the order.
The process of exchange shall be activated after the product is received by the customer. The packing and shipping of product which the customer wishes to exchange back to us shall be the responsibility of the Customer. The cost of shipping of the exchanged product is to be borne by the Customer.
